The local guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The drivers were attentive, careful, and helpful. In the 12 days there was not a single glitch. Everyone was on time and there was not a single problem. The hotels you booked for us were out of this world. And you were texting us permanently to make sure everything was perfect. Nothing was out of line. The car rides, the train experience, and the flights were smooth. Thank you so much and we are looking for our future trip to south India with you. I am dreaming of a next trip to India with my entire family. At the end of December 2025, my family and I attended a family function in north India. Before we left UK, my wife and I decided that we would extend our trip by visiting Mumbai and Goa. As I had never visited these places before, I contacted Gaurav Gusain at Globegate Travel, based in New Delhi, to see if he could organise something for us.

Gaurav and Globegate organised the landside part of the extended trip and their organisation was excellent.

From the very beginning, everything was clearly communicated, well planned, and ran smoothly throughout the trip. Travel arrangements, transfers, and accommodation were all coordinated efficiently, which removed a lot of the stress that can come with travelling and visiting places one is not familiar with.

The itinerary was thoughtfully designed, striking a great balance between guided activities and free time. Each part of the trip flowed well into the next, and there was never a sense of being rushed or left waiting. Any changes or updates were communicated promptly, and it was clear that Gaurav had strong local knowledge and reliable partnerships in place.

Overall, Globegate played a major role in making this a successful and enjoyable holiday. Their ability to organise a well-structured, stress-free trip meant we could focus on enjoying the destination rather than worrying about logistics, and I would confidently recommend them to others planning a similar holiday.

Dear Gaurav, we would like to sincerely thank you and your team for organizing our trip to India. Overall, everything was very well planned and well organized, and we truly enjoyed the experience. We loved India!

As a small suggestion for improvement, we believe it would be better to keep having the guide we had later in Varanasi, instead of the initial one. Unfortunately, the first guide did not seem well prepared, was difficult to understand, took us to places that were closed, and communication with him was challenging.

Additionally, we think it could be a great idea to include some female guides. At times, it would be very valuable to have the opportunity to talk with other women and learn more about the culture from their perspective.

We would also like to thank you personally for always being attentive, available, and willing to help us and facilitate anything we needed throughout our journey.

Please accept our apologies for the delay in sending this message.

Well , I say it took15 yearsfor my dream to be accomplished.

Ladhka was beautiful and awesome place to visit. I feel only a person who truly loves nature will know n appreciate the lovely n memrisng landscapes,lakes n mountains.

I really enjoyed the whole journey from the beginning till the end, even though there was some minor drawbacks which was quickly overcome by our India tourist guide Mr Gauruv. He was such a sweet n very obliging person.

I need to take my hats off to our Msian tour leader Ms Nalini for being the strong hold of our team. Very jolly n enjoyable person to be with.

Our group was small, we were more like a family then friends.

Morning 6.00 am ganga river bath and all the temple including Viswanath temple. Pleasant ride on Vande Bharat train to Ayodhaya. Happy to see you again. Thank you for coming and receiving us at Ayodhaya railway station and showing us Rama temple, river and Sangam in Prayagraj. Ayodhaya hotel was very near to Rama temple and taking vip darshan saved us from long queue. 

Once again thanks. You are not travel agent for me I feel my younger brother.

It was good and enjoyable trip.

Jodhpur was very good. Hotel was amazing. Guide was very informative and knew all the god photo spots. Pushkar hotel was awful. We couldn't wait to leave. In fact if we could have left earlier, we would have. I think we were the only ones staying in the hotel. We had a cockroach in the bathroom. The staff made us feel uncomfortable and the restaurant staff didn't really know how to make the stuff that was on their menu. We both hated it. I'd recommend you not book any other of your clients there.

Other hotel stays were good. In fact intercontinental in jaipur and the Taj in Jodhpur have been the best ones for myself and my sister. They've been very accommodating for my sisters allergies too.

We celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary in a small scale Ganga river, Haridwar, what else in life is more important celebration compared to this? Thank you for arranging our itinerary, we had a great time at all the places. Selection of sight seeing places was fantastic. Faisal and Rajkumar were both very helpful. They also suggested good places to eat and ensured our safety all the time.

The hotels you have selected for us was also good - clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying in the boat house in Kashmir. The owner also prepared delicious food.

Just a suggestion for future trips , perhaps you can include the supplementary costs especially at Delhi, Agra, Jaipur on the entrance fee, elephant ride activity fee, tour guide fee etc. The supplementary costs that you included in Kashmir was very helpful. Likewise if you could in future include the above in other places would be helpful for tourists to budget their expenses.

Overall it was a wonderfully well planned trip.

We are now back from our wonderful trip to Uttar Pradesh organised by you. We are ever so thankful for the help you rendered us. You gave us an excellent driver in Shri Jaswantji who untiringly drove us each day expertly through expressways, and the busy streets of Lucknow,Varanasi, Ayodhya and Prayagraj.

His suggestions for the best eateries in town were spot on. 

Our guide in Sarnath was very knowledgeable and gave us an excellent feel of the archaeological site. 

The same however cannot be said for the guide at Varanasi who turned out to be a novice and has some way to go before he becomes an expert. 

All in all we had an excellent yatra cum trip and thouroughly enjoyed our week in Uttar Pradesh. Thank you for organising our wonderful trip

I came back healthy. Thanks. 

All hotels are nice and comfortable except the Eco Retreat. Hotel Vivanta is very nice and clean. Hotel in Konark is ok, good food but the room has too many flies. 

Eco Retreat has nice food but the room is not that clean. Ther many flies in the room all the time. 

Guide in Bhubaneswar is nice and very helpful. Guide in Kolkata has good knowledge and very professional. 

The only drawback in this trip is the condition of the busses both in Kolkata and Bhubaneswar are not clean and not in good conditions. 

I expected much better quality bus. 

Rest everything went well. We all have good times here.

We are back in US now. 

We had an excellent trip to South India. We had good Darshan at temples. The driver took good care of us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. All hotels were good except in Kanyakumari at Sparsha there was no hot water for shower. And in Thanjavur the hotel GRT was ok but the dining was outdoor which was full of Mosquitoes and flies and we had problems with hot showers there as well. We did notify the front desk but it was still cold. Otherwise everything was good.
